While running a satellite installation business, he witnessed firsthand the stress families face during a move: the chaos, the overlooked details, and how easily things slip through the cracks. That experience inspired the idea that became Move Concierge: a company built to turn one of life’s most stressful moments into a mind-blowing experience.

His passion for building strong leadership teams and creating a culture grounded in gratitude has shaped Move Concierge into a company defined by innovation, trust, and unforgettable service. Gabe is driven to set a new standard for what moving can and should feel like an experience people will remember for all the right reasons.

As the first President of Move Concierge, Jason Lindwall is a visionary leader who joined the company in late 2023. With a career marked by driving strategic growth and integrating cutting-edge technologies, he is leading the company into its next chapter.

Jason is excited about Move Concierge's commitment to excellence and is focused on leveraging its strong foundation to exceed client expectations and drive innovation. He continues to solidify Move Concierge's position as the leader in home services setup for home buyers and homeowners.

Kevin Hockenjos serves as Chief Operating Officer at Move Concierge, where he combines strategic thinking with a passion for people. Since joining the company in 2015, he has helped scale the business from a startup to a trusted national partner for real estate professionals and homebuyers. Throughout his career he has developed a reputation for problem solving, successful growth, and operational excellence. Kevin is a Brigham Young University graduate, a lifelong learner, an Eagle Scout, and a dad of four. He loves sports, travel, mentoring youth in his community, and making memories with his family.

Meet the newest team member of Move Concierge, Andy. Dependable, trustworthy, and always prepared to lend a hand. Andy delivers the very best in five-star white-glove service. He holds a master’s degree in Creating Mind-Blowing Experiences.

A native Texan, Nate grew up in the Dallas area and graduated from Texas A&M University. He has led multiple consulting firms, served as CEO of a Texas-focused media organization, and built business development initiatives for mission-aligned companies across the country.

Nate, his wife Caroline, and their children make their home in Dallas.

Meet Ryan Miner, Move Concierge’s Vice President of Sales, who has been part of the team since 2018. He’s passionate about building sales teams that focus on a client-first experience, set new standards for what’s possible, and create a culture where accountability and fun thrive together.

What drives him most is building a sales culture where high standards and care transform both people and outcomes. He takes pride in seeing his team grow into true experts while helping customers across the nation navigate the stressful process of moving with more confidence.

Gary joined the Move Concierge team with more than two decades of leadership across every facet of marketing. Throughout his career, he has architected growth strategies that transformed challenger brands into market leaders across multiple industries.

Outside of work, Gary can be found on the tennis court, playing softball, or giving back through volunteer work at dog rescue events.

Meet Andrew Wilson, Move Concierge’s Vice President of Operations. Since joining in 2016, Andrew has worked closely with teams across the organization, including systems, IT, account management, product, service, and recruiting, to help build the processes and infrastructure that fuel company growth.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Finance, Andrew is passionate about leveraging collaboration and data-driven decision making to strengthen operations and support the company’s continued expansion.

Hillary Proctor joined Move Concierge in 2024 as the leader of Human Resources, bringing over 20 years of experience shaping people strategies and building strong, supportive workplace cultures. She is passionate about empowering employees, fostering growth, and creating an environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Jim joined Move Concierge in 2024 with over twenty years of executive experience creating and leading effective learning solutions for his teams.

Jim’s mission is to create cultures of learning, continuous improvement, and accountability while aligning learning and development initiatives with key performance metrics and business outcomes. He is an engaging facilitator and a sought-after speaker at industry events.

Elizabeth joined Move Concierge in 2024 with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and CRM across industry and Big 4 consulting. A graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Business, she launched her career in New York City on the Estée Lauder advertising account.

At Move Concierge, her focus is building a data-driven marketing ecosystem that enables personalization and delivers moments that matter across every channel.

Reed Huffstetler has spent his career in the telecommunications industry. Since joining Move Concierge in 2014, he has advanced from Personal Concierge to leading the Service department, where he oversees a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Prior to Move Concierge, Reed held sales and service roles at Verizon Communications. With 12 years at Move Concierge, he continues to shape the company’s service strategy and culture. Outside of work, Reed enjoys bay fishing in the Gulf and golf.

Jeff has a background in Real Estate Tech going back more than a decade. He started out at Circlepix where he managed the NE region and helped lead the company to an acquisition by Inside Real Estate. After that Jeff joined Zillow on their enterprise team, where he got to work on projects like the Zillow Flex and Zillow iBuyer Programs. Next he worked with an Australian tech company, Activepipe. There, Jeff built and launched their US sales team, where he led the team to be acquired by MoxiWorks in less than 3 years. Most recently Jeff worked at Blueprint Title where he built their sales team from scratch to work with large private equity firms and investors like Invitation Homes, AvantStay, and Padsplit.

Jeff lives in New Orleans with his wife, Amanda, and dogs, Remy and Hazel. When he’s not working he loves watching live jazz bands on Frenchmen Street, listening to a good book on audible, and is an avid fan of anything to do with the Oklahoma Sooners.

Ben joined Move Concierge in 2019 after spending a decade in public accounting as a financial statement auditor and consultant. A native of Southern California, he still enjoys taking every opportunity to bring his family to the beach and Disneyland. Since 2007, Ben has made his home in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where he lives with his wife and their four children. Much of his free time is spent supporting his kids’ busy schedules of sports and activities, though he also enjoys good food, working in the yard, and staying active outdoors, especially at the beach. Ben earned both his BS and master’s degrees in accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
