We like to keep things clear, transparent, and respectful of your time. Here’s what you can expect: Video interview – A quick conversation with our recruiter team to learn more about you and answer your initial questions. Onsite Manager interview – A deeper dive into your experience, skills, and motivation. Onsite Leadership interview – Meet with company leaders so you can picture what it’s like to be part of the team. Assessment – You’ll complete a 15-minute online assessment with questions covering verbal, math & logic, and spatial reasoning. It helps us understand how you approach problem-solving and learning new concepts. From start to finish, the process typically takes about two weeks, depending on scheduling. You’ll always know where you stand, and our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
The average new sales team member makes $80,000 - $100,000 in the first 12 months. This consists of a generous base salary, six months of guaranteed commission, uncapped monthly and quarterly bonuses, graduation bonuses, referral bonuses and ad hoc cash performance bonuses.
As a sales representative, you’ll enjoy a solid base salary plus truly uncapped bonus and commissions. That means the more you sell, the more you earn, your success is only limited by your ambition.
We offer a robust training program designed to set you up for long-term success. You’ll start with expert-led classroom sessions, then move into hands-on, on-the-job training. Training doesn’t stop there, you will also benefit from ongoing coaching, mentorship, and learning opportunities with leaders across the organization, ensuring you have the support to continuously grow and exceed your goals.
Most of our roles begin with onsite training to set you up for success, with the potential to transition into a hybrid schedule afterward.
