Nine days of formal classroom experience.
Through hands-on instruction and training, you will learn all of the skills needed to be successful on the sales floor. You will get the opportunity to work alongside our sales development managers, learning the foundation of both service and sales in your role.

Your first 60 days on the job.
While on the sales floor, you will receive continuous coaching and 1:1 instruction from your sales development manager. This will be accompanied by daily team huddles, additional product knowledge, and commissionable opportunities.

Performance based on-going coaching and product training.
You will transition to be apart of a team, while continuing to receive coaching and advanced product training to strengthen your skills. While your learning will become more self-directed, your managers will remain a resource for continued growth and development.

Months 1-5: demonstrate core skills while hitting sales goals
3 consecutive months of achieving revenue goals while maintaining high client satisfaction
12 months of exceeding revenue goals along with consistent service performance
